Improvement With Motivation

"No!"

The negative response to your proposed ideas is disheartening. But, you may look at the positive side of such things as a form of feedback! Try this, ask the person who said the no, tactfully, Ask "What do you think I should include into the idea, to make you say yes in agreement to it?"

There are reasons to answer you, like why, changes must be made to existent plans, which serve as a feedback. This is the sign that you must accept and that the current action taken is not working.

If the question above is being asked in any way, nicely, tactfully and not aggressively asked, this can improve your lifestyle, and make you a better problem solver!

Failure

You can be assured that I did fail before, not once, not twice, but numerous times. This is no fairytale story to tell you.

I was laughed at, for my inferior style of dressing, my background, my academic results, and many other things in my life. In the national service of my country, I am only a lowly, simple soldier and private in rank.

I accept myself, my ideas, and hope to make improvements, you should do the same!

You should not feel disheartened when people say things that make you feel uncomfortable! Remember, in a crowd of people, there is the minority who try to understand, or think otherwise, rather than join the rest in the discrimination and jeer at you.

In the end, you may even take the whole event as a joke, for all to enjoy! That's when laughter is perceived by you as a form of appreciation. Therefore, this initially bad situation has become an opportunity.
